SUCCESS STORIES

A spinal cord injury patient due to road accident in 2011, Zaim’s business was hardly impacted during pandemic COVID-19 and almost shutting down. He had to close his physical shop and laid off 3 workers. Since he joined SAY LEAD, he changed his business model to online sewing class, launched new sewing book and managed to increase his revenue by 268%. He is now one of our mentor for SAY LEAD PRO to train more OKU in tailoring industry.



Azrul is the winner of SAY ASPIRE 3rd edition, an entrepreneurship programme that provides coaching, mentorship and assistance for local youth entrepreneurs to penetrate the overseas market. As the Executive Chairman of Airaz Berhad, Azrul successfully increased his company’s revenue to RM12 Millions from RM6 Millions prior to joining SAY ASPIRE with its main brand “Innersejuk”. A philantrophist at heart, Azrul gives back to the community through his pilot programme “Project Dignity” that aims to provide sources of income to talented refugees teenagers in creative design.



Sofiah is the Chief Executive Officer of Medic Pets (M) Sdn Bhd, a Setia Alam based company. Medic Pets (M) Sdn Bhd is an animal pharmaceutical company focusing on organic based pet care and treatment products. Under SAY ASPIRE, Sofiah managed to double up her company’s revenue through precise market penetration strategies. We also assisted Medic Pets (M) Sdn Bhd to penetrate Brunei through SAY Bridging Programme by setting up procurement meetings with NiManja (controlling nearly 60% of Brunei market) generating an export lead of more than RM3M. Sofiah managed to launch Selangor Cats Centre graced by DYMM Tengku Permaisuri Selangor during Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism (MAHA) 2018, generating a PR value of more than RM300,000.



Azizi lost his right hand in a car accident during childhood. He, however, has captivated audiences with exceptional portraits of renowned artists made from an innovative quilling technique which involves the meticulous arrangement of densely folded or rolled paper and canvas strips. During MCO in 2020, he landed opportunity to digitally exhibit his artwork. He successfully sold his artwork in many galleries in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and France.
